Section 13-733 - Corporation(a) The Bureau may establish a private, nonprofit corporation to assist the Bureau.(b) Subject to the Corporations and Associations Article, the Bureau shall determine the powers and duties of the corporation.(c) The Bureau may: (1) set the number of members of the Board of Directors of the corporation;(2) set a procedure to elect and remove directors;(3) set the compensation of a director; and(4) require the corporation to report periodically to the Bureau on its activities.Amended by 2017 Md.
