Section 13-411 - Executive Director(a) The Council shall employ an Executive Director.(b) The Executive Director: (1) is responsible for the daily operations of the Council; and(2) shall help develop policy recommendations for consideration by the Council or the Executive Board.(c) The Executive Director serves at the pleasure of the Executive Board.
