Section 12-703.1 - [Expires Effective 10/1/2026] Exemption; controlling law(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, the Authority is exempt from Division II of the State Finance and Procurement Article.(b) The Authority is subject to Title 12, Subtitle 4 and Title 14, Subtitle 3 of the State Finance and Procurement Article.Added by 2023 Md.
