Section 10-826 - Annual report(a) On or before December 1 of each year, the Center shall report to the Governor, the Administration, and, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly.(b) The report shall include: (1) a complete operating and financial statement covering the Center's operations;(2) a summary of the Center's activities during the preceding fiscal year; and(3) a summary of the Center's activities specific to clean energy innovation.Amended by 2023 Md.
