Section 10-706 - Applicability of other laws(a) The Trust is: (1) exempt from the General Procurement Law provisions of Division II of the State Finance and Procurement Article; but(2) subject to Title 12, Subtitle 4 of the State Finance and Procurement Article.(b) The Trust is exempt from the provisions of Division I of the State Personnel and Pensions Article that govern the State Personnel Management System.
