Section 10-4D-01 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following terms have the meanings indicated.(b) "Board" means the Human-Relevant Research Review Board established under § 10-4D-04 of this subtitle.(c) "Corporation" has the meaning stated in § 10-401 of this title.(d) "Fund" means the Human-Relevant Research Fund.Added by 2023 Md.
