Section 10-4A-06 - [Renumbered from 10-478] Advice and consultationThe Authority shall:
(1) provide advice to and consult with the Corporation in connection with the administration of the Program under this subtitle; and(2) meet at least quarterly to review the Corporation's investment policies, investment decisions, and adherence to the statutory and regulatory requirements imposed on the Corporation.Renumbered from § - 10-478by 2020 Md.
