Section 10-442 - Annual report(a) On or before January 1 of each year, the Corporation and the Commission shall report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly on the progress of State-funded stem cell research conducted in accordance with this part.(b) The report shall identify: (1) each recipient of money from the Fund;(2) the amount of money awarded to each recipient; and(3) a description of the type of stem cell research performed by the recipient.Amended by 2020 Md.
