Section 10-440 - Prohibited acts - Human cloning(a) A person may not conduct or attempt to conduct human cloning.(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a felony and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 10 years or a fine not exceeding $200,000 or both.
