Section 10-425 - Matching funds(a) A recipient of financial assistance under § 10-423(b)(3) of this subtitle shall provide matching funds or in-kind contributions for the project at least equal to the financial assistance awarded.(b) The Board may waive the requirement of subsection (a) of this section for good cause shown.Amended by 2020 Md.
