Section 10-110 - Staff; consultants(a) The Board shall employ any additional professional and clerical staff as necessary to carry out this subtitle.(b) The Board may retain accountants, engineers, lawyers, financial advisors, or other consultants as necessary.Amended by 2015 Md.
