Section 6-802 - Program established(a) There is a More Jobs for Marylanders Program in the Department.(b) The purpose of the Program is to: (1) incentivize the creation of new manufacturing jobs in the State; and(2) attract new businesses to and encourage the expansion of existing businesses within opportunity zones.Amended by 2022 Md.
