Section 3-201 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Advisory Board" means the Maryland Life Sciences Advisory Board.(c) "Corporation" means the Maryland Technology Development Corporation.(d) "Life sciences" includes the fields of biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, biomedical technologies, life systems technologies, food sciences, environmental sciences, and biomedical devices.Amended by 2016 Md.
