Section 2-108 - Regulations

(a) The Secretary shall adopt regulations for the office of the Secretary.

(b)

(1) Subject to § 2.5-206 of this article, the Secretary shall review regulations of a unit under the jurisdiction of the Department.

(2) The Secretary may approve, disapprove, or revise regulations of a unit.
