Section 12-308 - Hearing on forfeiture claim(a) If an answer has been filed on time, the court shall set a hearing on the forfeiture claim within 60 days after the later of:(1) posting of notice under § 12-306(b)(1) or (2) of this subtitle; or(2) final publication of notice under § 12-306(b)(3) of this subtitle.(b) Without a hearing, the court may order forfeiture of the property interest of a person who fails to timely file an answer.
