Section 13-701 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Committee" means the Gambling Permit Review Committee appointed by the county commissioners under § 13-704 of this subtitle.(c) "County commissioners" means the Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County.(d) "Gaming event" includes a carnival and a bazaar.
