Section 13-2628 - Penalty(a) A person who violates this part is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.(b) Each day on which a violation of this part occurs is a separate violation.
