Section 13-2625 - Raffles(a) A raffle conducted under a permit issued under this part may not last more than 1 year from the date the permit is issued to the date the last prize is awarded.(b) The county commissioners may regulate the number of permits to conduct a raffle that an organization may receive in a year.(c) A raffle is not a multiple gaming device.
