Section 13-2411 - Prohibited act; penalty(a) A person may not conduct bingo in violation of Part II of this subtitle.(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 1 year or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.(c) Each day that a violation occurs is a separate violation.
