Section 12-202 - Scope of subtitle(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, this subtitle applies to all lotteries, including those authorized by any other state or foreign country.(b) This subtitle does not apply to the State lottery established under Title 9, Subtitle 1 of the State Government Article.
