Section 12-112 - Charging document for gaming(a)(1) An indictment for violating the prohibition against gaming is sufficient if it states that the defendant kept a gaming device.(2) The indictment need not state the particular kind of gaming or gaming device involved in the alleged violation.(b) A defendant, on timely request, may obtain a bill of particulars.
