Section 5-637.2 - Person acting for multidisciplinary and multiagency drug overdose fatality review team(a) In this section, "local team" means a multidisciplinary and multiagency drug overdose fatality review team established under Title 5, Subtitle 9 of the Health - General Article.(b) A person who acts in good faith and within the scope of the jurisdiction of a local team is not civilly liable for any action as a member of the local team or for giving information to, participating in, or contributing to the function of the local team.Added by 2014 Md.
