Section 3-8A-16.1 - Blood lead level testing(a) After a petition has been filed with the court under this subtitle, but before an adjudication, the court may order the child to undergo blood lead level testing.(b) A copy of the results of a test performed under subsection (a) of this section shall be provided to: (1) The child;(2) The child's parent or guardian;(3) The child's counsel; and(4) The State's Attorney.
