Section 3-201 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following terms have the meanings indicated.(b) "Court" means a court of equity.(c) "Guardian" means a person appointed by a court as guardian of the person or property or both of a disabled person.(d) "Personal representative" means an executor, administrator, or special administrator.
