Section 3-525 - Customer Council - MembershipThe Customer Council shall consist of the following 11 members:
(1) the Chief Executive Officer;(2) one representative from each of the following State agencies, appointed by the Secretary of the respective agency:(i) the Department of Budget and Management;(ii) the Department of Commerce;(iii) the Department of General Services;(iv) the Maryland Department of Health;(v) the Department of Human Services;(vi) the Department of Transportation; and(vii) the Maryland Higher Education Commission; and(3) three customers recommended by the Chief Executive Officer and appointed by the Governor.
