Section 10-902 - Purpose of subtitle; disciplinary actions(a) The purpose of this subtitle is to establish exclusive procedures for the investigation and discipline of a correctional officer for alleged misconduct.(b) The disciplinary actions authorized under this subtitle are those authorized under §§ 11-104 and 11-105 of the State Personnel and Pensions Article.
