Section 14-601 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Package" includes a box, cover, or wrapper.(c) "Person" means an individual, corporation, business trust, statutory trust, estate, trust, partnership, association, two or more persons having a joint or common interest, or any other legal or commercial entity.(d) "Sell" includes offer to sell.(e) "Stamped" includes branded, engraved, or imprinted.(f) "Tag" includes a card or label.
