Section 14-502 - Exceptions
This subtitle does not apply to:
(1) A fine print printed before July 2, 1974; or(2) A fine print offered for sale or sold at retail or wholesale for:(i) $25 or less, if unframed; or(ii) $40 or less, if framed.
