Section 14-2602 - Compliance with subtitle required; violations(a) A person making a door-to-door solicitation for any purpose shall comply with this subtitle.(b) Violation of this subtitle shall be an unfair or deceptive trade practice.(c) Any payment, pledge, or promise made as a result of a solicitation made in violation of this subtitle is voidable by the consumer.
