Section 12-317 - Short titles(a) This subtitle may be cited as the Maryland Consumer Loan Law -- Credit Provisions.(b) This subtitle and the Maryland Consumer Loan Law -- Licensing Provisions may be cited jointly as the Maryland Consumer Loan Law.
