Section 11-5A-01 - Definitions(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Executive Director" has the meaning stated in § 11-501 of this title.(c) "Retailer" has the meaning stated in § 11-501 of this title.(d) "Sell" has the meaning stated in § 11-501 of this title.(e) "Unpackaged cigarette" means any cigarette not contained in a sealed package of 20 or more cigarettes.(f) "Vending machine operator" has the meaning stated in § 11-501 of this title.(g) "Wholesaler" has the meaning stated in § 11-501 of this title.Amended by 2023 Md.
