Section 8-316 - Reapplication for license; reinstatement of license(a) A person may not reapply for a license within 6 months after the person has had a license: (1) denied after a hearing; or(b) The Commission may reinstate the license of a person whose license has been suspended or revoked under this subtitle only if the person passes the examination that the Commission requires.
