Section 2.5-107 - Process published on website(a) The Department shall publish prominently on its website: (1) the process for obtaining a license from any unit under § 2.5-105 of this title;(2) the time period during which a unit is required to issue an expedited license under § 2.5-105(a) of this title; and(3) a list of the names of each unit that issues a license under this title and a direct link to each unit's website.(b) Each unit shall publish prominently on its website:(1) the process for obtaining a license under § 2.5-105 of this title and, if applicable, § 2.5-106 of this title; and(2) the time period during which a unit is required to issue an expedited license under § 2.5-105(a) of this title.Amended by 2019 Md.
