Section 17-917 - Licenses required(a) Except as otherwise provided in Part III of this subtitle, a person must have a peddler license whenever in Calvert County the person:(1) sells or offers for sale at wholesale or retail any vegetables, eggs, poultry, meats, or other farm products; or(2) sells or offers for sale at retail any dry goods or clothing.(b) A person must have a magazine seller license whenever the person acts as a nonresident itinerant magazine seller in Calvert County.
