Section 17-1601 - "Restaurant license" defined(a) In this subtitle the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Restaurant" means an establishment that:(1) accommodates the public;(2) provides seating; and(3) is equipped with facilities for preparing and serving food.(c) "Restaurant license" means a license issued by the clerk to operate a restaurant or other eating place.Amended by 2022 Md.
