Section 16-3B-01 - Violating regulation of Executive Director(a) A person may not violate a regulation adopted by the Executive Director that applies to a person who sells cigarettes at retail.(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of $100.Amended by 2019 Md.
