Section 11-832 - Regulations
The Commission shall adopt regulations to:
(1) define the criteria for applicants for a satellite simulcast betting permit, which may include a nonrefundable application fee;(2) define allowable costs of operations under § 11-827 of this part; and(3) otherwise carry out this part.
