Section 11-536 - Running of Fund Races(a) Each mile thoroughbred racing licensee and the Maryland State Fair and Agricultural Society, Inc., shall provide for the running of races known as the Maryland-Bred Fund Races.(b) The Commission may approve the running of a Maryland-Bred Fund Race at a thoroughbred track outside the State.
