Section 6-505 - Renewal; reinstatement prohibited; nontransferability(a) Before a reciprocal license or a reciprocal registration expires, the licensee or registrant periodically may renew it for an additional term, if the licensee or registrant: (1) otherwise is entitled to be licensed or registered;(2) pays a renewal fee to:(i) the State Board as required under this title; or(ii) the local jurisdiction from which the reciprocal registration is sought; and(3) meets any other requirement for renewal set by:(ii) the local jurisdiction from which the reciprocal registration is sought.(b) A reciprocal license or reciprocal registration issued to an individual who has failed to renew the license or registration may not be reinstated.(c) A reciprocal license or a reciprocal registration issued under this subtitle is not transferable.Amended by 2021 Md.
