Section 9-2709 - Unlawful display or consumption of other alcoholic beverages(a) A person may not display or consume in a licensed establishment any alcoholic beverage other than those that the license holder of the licensed establishment may sell.(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to a fine not exceeding $50.Added by 2016 Md.
