Section 9-2103 - Admissible evidence in hearing

In a hearing on a complaint for revocation or suspension of a license, admissible evidence includes the general reputation of:

(1) the applicant or license holder;
(2) the establishment; and
(3) the individuals who congregate at the establishment.
