Section 9-1905 - Signage prohibiting liquor sales
(a) An establishment licensed for the sale of beer or of beer and wine shall post at least four conspicuous notices on the licensed premises, including a building, a parking lot, a terrace, or grounds that are an integral part of the licensed premises, stating "Unlawful to drink or display liquor on these premises.".
(b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 2 years or a fine not exceeding $1,000 or both.
