Section 9-101 - Definitions(a) In this title: (1) except as provided in subsection (c) of this section, the definitions in § 1-101 of this article apply without exception or variation; and(2) the following words have the meanings indicated.(b) "Board" means the Board of License Commissioners for Allegany County.(c) The Board shall determine whether an establishment meets the definition of a "club" under § 1-101 of this article.(d) "County" means Allegany County.(e) "Light wine" means wine that contains not more than 15.5% of alcohol by volume.Amended by 2016 Md.
