Section 33-2703 - Allowing loitering on premises(a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this section, a license holder may not allow an individual who is not a consumer to loiter on the premises for which the license is issued.(b) A restaurant may serve a meal without an alcoholic beverage to an individual.
