Section 32-403 - Class 6 pub-brewery license(a) This section applies to a Class 6 pub-brewery license in the county.(b) Before the Executive Director may issue a Class 6 pub-brewery license in the county, the Executive Director shall forward a copy of the application to the Board.(c) The Board shall: (1) review the application;(2) hold a public hearing on the application; and(3) recommend to the Executive Director whether or not to issue the license.Amended by 2023 Md.
