Section 31-904 - Class C beer, wine, and liquor license(a) There is a Class C beer, wine, and liquor license.(b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer, wine, and liquor at a club, at the place described in the license, for on-premises consumption.(c)(1) The annual license fee is:(i) $500 for a club with fewer than 600 members, including social members; and(ii) $1,000 for a club with at least 600 members, including social members.(2) The fee for a Sunday permit is $250.Added by 2016 Md.
