Section 31-1802 - Renewal application(a) A renewal application shall be available at the beginning of March of the licensing cycle.(b) An application and the required documents to renew an annual license shall be filed between April 1 and June 15, inclusive.(c) A license holder that files a completed application for license renewal between June 16 and June 30, inclusive, is subject to a penalty of $50 for each day of violation.Amended by 2016 Md.
