Section 29-804 - Class C beer and wine license(a) There is a Class C beer and wine license.(b) The license authorizes the license holder to sell beer and wine to a member of a club and guests of members, at retail, at the place described in the license, for on-premises consumption.(c) The annual license fee is $45.Renumbered by 2017 Md.
