Section 28-2704 - On-premises consumption of alcoholic beverages not purchased from license holder - ExceptionSections 6-308 and 6-319 of this article do not apply to:
(1) a Class C beer license, beer and wine license, or beer, wine, and liquor license issued to a bona fide religious, fraternal, civic, veterans', hospital, or charitable organization; or(2) a license issued to an outdoor motor sports facility that is located in Mechanicsville or Budds Creek.Added by 2016 Md.
