Section 27-1505 - Issuance of license before completion of establishmentThe Board may:
(1) give tentative approval to issuing a license for an establishment that is not completed, based on plans and specifications that accompany the application; and(2) issue the license when the construction is completed in accordance with the plans and specifications.Added by 2016 Md.
